The Italian Gardens are a formal eight-acre series of themed gardens. It encompasses four large terraces, crowned by an amphitheatre that provides breath-taking views of the Blue Mountains. With stone and stucco walls, reflecting pools, fountains, statues, pavilions and pergolas, a beautiful backdrop will be enjoyed by all.

Felicita boosts 750 acres of mountain land, trails, and gardens including:
-  An 18-hole golf course with each tee representing a different garden theme whose merits include being Selected as one of the "Top 100 Golf Courses in the Mid-Atlantic Region" by Washington Golf Monthly as well as being Named one of the "Top Women-Friendly Courses in the Country" by Golf for Women magazine. The course tops out at  6,854 yards with a par of 72.

- Guest Accomodations on-site in a variety of venues including mountain-view lodges, a golf house overlooking the course, and an Inn with a shared living/dining area.
